Living the Fitness Lifestyle

While I think my lifestyle is perfectly normal, I'm often reminded that I'm different than others. I've been getting a lot of questions lately about the food I eat and how often I go to the gym. I know that most of you reading this also live the fitness lifestyle, so you understand why I drink a gallon of water a day and choose a gym workout over playing in a softball league. I was telling J about all the questions I've been answering lately, so he decided to create a video about living fitness 24/7.



Does any of this sound familiar to you? Do you cook huge batches of food once a week? Do you have more supplements than boxes of food in your house? What did you identify with and in what ways is your lifestyle different?

    I loved this video - thanks to you and J for putting it together. I can totally relate to the food prep, then weighing and packaging it for the entire week. Also, my kitchen counters resemble that of a supplement store as well. There was lots of valuable information in this video - I would love to see more of these in the future (if your time allows.) And getting up at 3am for cardio before a 6am flight - pure dedication right there.
