Q & A with Kari, Part 2

I had so much fun doing the Q & A session with Jerry a few weeks ago that I decided to do another one! I got a few questions from some of you, so last week, I answered them in a new video. I meant to get the video posted last week, but due to technical difficulties (Apparently there's a "right way" and an "upside down way"  to record videos with iPhones. Did you know that? I didn't.), I'm just now able to post it.

I answered questions about diet, training, and contest prep in this video.

  2. I love your blog!!! I've been lifting for some time now and have been tossing around the idea of competing for awhile now. I'm hoping to do my first show next spring! I'm curious on how you'd look for a coach though - after having my shoulder reconstructed and working in the outdoor industry where my eating habits necessarily change dramatically about every 4-5 months, I'm in desperate need of some expertise.
